Sustainability Management Professional (SMP):
Prepares managers and leaders with the critical knowledge and tools to develop and implement sustainable practices within your organization. This one-of-a-kind program will inspire, empower, and increase self-value while providing guidance to sustaining the people around you and protecting the planet while increasing organizational profits. SMPs are today and tomorrow's leaders in the broad sustainability field!
Sustainability Management Practitioner (SMPr):
Prepares college students and entry level sustainable industry professionals to become managers and leaders, arming them with the critical knowledge and tools to develop and implement sustainability best practices. While inspiring and increasing their self-value, the student can apply their SMPr certification to advance as a professional within the field of sustainability management. Upon SMI approval, and after 2 years of employment within the field, they will be able to seamlessly obtain their SMP advancement.
Sustainability Management Associate (SMA):
SMA is focused on organizational sustainable growth and development through increased knowledge within the workforce. This certification prepares managers and leaders with the critical knowledge and tools to develop and implement sustainable practices within their organizational flex-program sponsorship program. This program will inspire, empower, and increase self-value while providing guidance to sustaining the people around you and protecting the planet while increasing organizational profits.
All 4-day Certificate Programs include 6.5 CEUs / All 2-day Certificate Programs include 3 CEUs
Certification Benefits
Credential Recertification
Required Every Four Years.
Accumulate a minimum of 50 Sustainability Management Credits (SMC) within 4 years.
May substitute up to 15 points through sustainability management publishing, teaching, and SMP on-the-job experience. (Approval based on committee review).
Up to 20 points may be substituted using industry-standard CEUs.
